Dear Sam,
I am eternally grateful for all the efforts you have made on my behalf. I have struggled with dental issues for my entire life I had reached a point where I was frightened and discouraged. I did not think I would ever get a beautiful smile and then there was you. You stepped up to the plate to control, meet with doctors, the lab, and put together an amazing treatment plan for me.
I finally feel that I am in the right hands. I know that in time I will smile easily without trying to hide my teeth. It surely has been a long road, but one worth waiting for. Thank you very much with so much appreciation and gratitude.

Just want you to know how happy I am with my new teeth. I love the way they look, but most of all how they feel. This is the first time in years that I have no pain. I knew if anyone could do this, it would be you. Thank you so, so much.
